Windows 2008 NPS (Radius) Configuration for HP MSM720

The actual result came from a Nokia engineer, which solved the problem completely.

1. On the NPS server start regedit.exe
2. goto HKLM>System>CurrentControlSet>Services>Rasman>PPP>E>25
3. Add DREG value BypassNegotiation
4. Set the value 0 to 1.
5. Restart the NPS Server Service
